Please note:
Delivery partners will wait a maximum of 15 minutes at your location.
Once an order is delivered to the address provided and accepted, the responsibility for the goods transfers to you.
If you request to reschedule or cancel after dispatch, additional charges may apply.

Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
Orders cancelled after dispatch may attract a small handling or delivery fee.
Refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
